The XGJ cable drying machine is designed and manufactured based on foreign prototypes, widely used in the wire and cable industry, especially suitable for small wire diameters and high wire speeds. It uses the high negative pressure generated by the vortex pump to absorb the moisture on the surface of the cable, which can improve the surface quality of the cable and make the meter printing on the cable surface clearer and more secure. The inhaled moisture is separated by a gas water separator and does not affect the environment.
XGJ type cable absorption drier is designed and made based on foreign model machine, widely used in wire and cable industries, especially applicable for small wire diameter and high line speed. It makes use of high negative pressure produced by vortex pump to absorb the mositure on cable surface, which can improve cable surface quality to make the meter printing on cable surface clearer and firmer. The absorbed mositure is separated through gas-water separator without affecting environment.
